Sanja Jozepović has graduated at Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology. After collage, she worked in the food company, as technologist and there she started to engage to quality and food safety systems.
After two year experience she started to work as business consultant for quality and food safety systems. During the seven years of professional development, she worked in various branches of the food industry, service industries and trade on a number of projects of implementation, maintenance and improvement of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, IFS, FSSC, ISO 14001, GlobalGAP, Halal quality, etc.) in the production and distribution of food and beverage, hospitality, utilities, water, family farms and grocery and non-food products markets, etc. She performs internal and external audits of above mentioned systems and education of employees in the area of food safety, quality and environmental systems.
Sanja has prepared many organization from different business branches of the food industry, service industries and trade for effective monitoring and verification of the food safety system by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, and management system certification by independent certification bodies.
